How are you showing up this year?

We are past the New Years' and Holiday hype.

Now how are you doing?

How do you show up for yourself?

Are you:

  • Saying Yes more often?

  • Doing your 2-minute morning practice?

  • Counting your blessings?

What resonated for you when I said that?

How is your transition back to a regular schedule?

Getting past the holiday eating, drinking, and partying can be tough.

When we practice behaviors for a while, they become habits.

Isn't it time to break some of those bad habits you started in the past 1 ½ months of holidays?

What can you do to get back on track?

  • Make a plan and follow it.

  • Take the time to make an outline of your day and schedule. This will give you a guide to follow in order to be successful.

  • Start your day with a positive attitude. We are all truly blessed.

  • Have an attitude of gratitude.

  • Find someone to be accountable to.

  • Be kind to yourself even if you slip up, just get back on.

One of my favorite sayings is: Failing to plan is planning to fail.

Take a moment and ask yourself "what do I need at this moment?"

Do you need to move, call a friend, breath deeply, eat something healthy, kiss your kids or pets, sing a song, give or get a hug, tell someone you love them?

What will make you feel healthy and happy? Now do it!

Have an awesome day...
